What she does
Yacht ownership, expedition travel and brand work look like different businesses. In practice they ask the same thing: how does something rare reach the few people it was made for?
Through Morii Group, a yacht can be owned outright or shared between a small group of owners, with the management, crew and maintenance handled for them. Captains and dealers help match the right vessel to the right buyer.
Morii Expeditions sails three catamarans and flies a Pilatus PC-12 across the Mediterranean and the Red Sea. Day to day that means the routes, the partners on the ground, the guests on board, and everything that has to line up before a voyage can happen.
Memoir works with hospitality, lifestyle and luxury brands on positioning, storytelling and design. It is the same question seen from the other side: how does something rare become known to the people it is for?
Yacht ownership
Morii Group sells shares in new, fully equipped Lagoon catamarans. You legally own a quarter, a half or three quarters of one specific yacht, and the fleet, crew and technical management are handled for you. Chartering buys you a week. Full ownership buys you a yacht plus every month it sits idle. This sits between the two.

On board
Not from a brochure. Most owners meet the programme the way it is meant to be met: on deck, a glass in hand, with time to ask everything. The simulator gives you the numbers; the deck gives you the answer.
In numbers
Current expedition
Thirty-three days across the Red Sea, in five chapters. Guests join a single chapter or sail the full route.
A scouting expedition means the route is being sailed and mapped for the first time: anchorages, permissions, local partners and the places worth returning to. Guests come aboard for one chapter, or stay for all five.
Where the work goes
Summer seasons in the Mediterranean, the Red Sea route from autumn, and aviation opening up the Nordics and Central Asia.
